Production Process

Paper corner protectors, also known as paper edge boards, corner boards, angle paper or paper angle steel, are formed and pressed by special corner protector machines using tube winding paper and kraft liner board. Both end surfaces are smooth and flat without obvious burrs, and are perpendicular to each other. They can partially replace wood and be recycled, making them an ideal new type of packaging material.

Product Classification

Paper corner protectors are usually classified into L-shaped, bent, interlocking, U-shaped, and circular paper corner protectors, etc. 

Application Fields

The major purchasers of paper corner protectors are the construction, aluminum manufacturing, steel and other metal industries. Additionally, they include the brick-making, confectionery, frozen food, daily necessities, home appliance, chemical, pharmaceutical, computer and other high-tech product industries. This is because these products have a large number of surfaces and edges/corners that need protection. Besides, paper corner protectors/pallets can also be applied in the transportation of fruits – they not only play a role in cushioning and protection, but also allow air circulation for goods during transportation.
